Unbeliever's Guide to Lord Telleri's Quest Items
You step off of the Merdraco and arrive in a beautiful seaside town. The salt of the air strikes you and a smile goes on your face. You notice the lack of magic being used in the city as peculiar. You turn and see a giant obelisk, the inscription says, “For the protection of my people, magic is forbidden! -Lord Telleri” You want to know more about this Telleri and why he banned magic from his streets.
You arrive at the Mayor’s office, though a tad past his prime, Lord Telleri still cuts a dashing figure. A tall minotaur dressed in his uniform of state, he still keeps a sharp sword at his side. Once one of the region's finest warriors, he still can give younger fighters a challenge in sparring matches. In fact, he prides himself, and his town, on the training facilities and skills of the warriors found here. Also, since Tellerium is such a large town, he often finds himself in need of assistance dealing with troublemakers, updating maps, and all variety of tasks he just has no time for personally.

A ruby gemstone
This fiery red stone gleams with an inner light that flashes as if the very fires of hell were trapped within it. Its deadly beauty shines into your eyes penetrating deep within your soul. A dark energy seems to penetrate your deepest secrets and desires, calling to the dark side of your being. You feel compelled to grasp it within your hand and feel its power radiate throughout your body.

Commentary: Higher levels don’t find much purpose for the town warpstones, but lower levels might find these valuable. Whatever town you buy the stone in is where the stone warps to. Hold the stone, and type use stone. Gemstones have 3 standard charges. This gemstone will take you to: Tellerium.
An antique piggy bank
It appears to be a rather ancient piggy bank, fired from pink ceramic with a painted-on tail. There is a small, gold piece-sized hole in the top of the figurine, but no apparent way to remove money once it has been placed inside. An ornate letter 'V' has been painted on the belly of the pig in gold leaf.

Commentary: This item lets you access your default bank from anywhere. More of a novelty item, it has its uses if you are nowhere near your bank. Put it on your eventually to get list.
A decanter of endless water
The decanter is made of lead crystal, and is rather heavy. It is filled to the brim with a clear liquid that appears to be water. The facets of the crystal sparkle as you examine the container before raising it to your lips. Strangely, no matter how deeply you drink, the decanter remains full.

Commentary: This is a necessity for any non blood-drinking race. These act as an unlimited supply of water and food. You can use the decanter to fill other waterskins and containers. Be careful, these items can be CPK’ed if they aren’t stored somewhere like a trunk or a locker.
A silver filigree bow
The bow is crafted of fine silver filigree, obviously done by a master. Intricate designs of roses and orchids twine up the underside of the bow, adding beauty to an already breathtaking piece. The bow seems to hum slightly, as if charged with a magical force of its own.

The dragon is carved in dark green jade, a stone renowned for having magical powers. There is a metal spout set into the mouth of the dragon, from which you assume something akin to fire would be produced. Carved into the base of the dragon are intricate symbols, possibly the signature of the sculptor.

Commentary: These got tweaked down after the minotaur revolt. They used to do flames damage on top of being flaming. Thus going down in value, this CPKable wand pales in comparison to the holly wand now.

The decanter is made of heavy crystal, and is half-full of a reddish liquid that could very well be blood. The facets of the crystal sparkle strangely as you examine the container before raising it to your lips. Remarkably, no matter how deeply you drink, the decanter always remains half full.

Vandemaar's Enchanted Letter Box
This is an oblong letter box made of finely-carved walnut. Various mystical and alchemical symbols are engraved along the lid. A small slot in one side appears to be where items of mail are put in, or come out, you can't be certain.

Commentary: This item lets you receive mail from around the land without having to go to a post office. This comes in handy when you need an item and you are no where near a post office. Areas like PG, and DoA even the Tower of Riga. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.
A phoenix feather quill
This quill has been crafted from a large, red, phoenix feather that seems to flow through shades of red as if it were a flame. Despite its fiery appearance, the feather is cool to the touch and is not giving off any heat. The quill appears to have been enchanted to provide an endless amount of red-tinted ink, for use in writing letters and books.

Inscribed with a flowing, delicate hand on the parchment is a decree from Lord Telleri that allows the bearer to forego purchasing a postage stamp in order to send mail. Since all the post offices operate as a collective under the jurisdiction of the Council of Seven, this postage voucher should be accepted at any post office in the land.
