A mandarin orange scroll

This level 45 item has the attributes: none nochange
Contains knowledge of the spell of 'magic map', scribed at level 45.
Commentary: Some may call this a novelty item, basically it creates a map of the surrounding terrain to help you navigate your way in unfamiliar areas.
A tattered transparent scroll
This is a magical spell scroll, written by wizards and containing the instructions on how to perform a magical spell. Other wizards can 'scribe' it into their spellbooks and thus learn the spell in order to cast it many times, or it can be cast directly from the scroll one time if necessary.
Item 'a tattered transparent scroll' is type scroll, alignment 0, made of paper, has keywords 'tattered transparent spell scroll'.
This item weighs 0 stones and 5 pebbles, and is valued at 1,750 gp.
This level 61 item has the attributes: none nochange
Contains knowledge of the spell of 'hands of wind', scribed at level 61.
Commentary: This is a good pk spell. It breaks up forms of PC’s or NPC’s. It can only be cast outside, but can prove quite valuable. Pick this scroll up, it comes in handy. Definitely if you don’t get it on auction, to buy this one for your spellbook.
A spellbook bound in black leather
This is a special book with paper designed to hold magical spells. Ordinary paper will not work due to the probability of magical leakage - in some cases, the spells have been known to blend together when copied to inexpensive paper, and take on a life of their own. This usually has disastrous consequences for anyone who happens to be nearby when it happens, of course.
Item 'a spellbook bound in black leather' is type spellbook, alignment 0, made of leather, has keywords 'black book spell spellbook'.
This item weighs 0 stones and 55 pebbles, and is valued at 7,750 gp.
This level 150 item has the attributes: none insulated wont-fuse unbreakable nodecay will-float save-location
Can hold up to 31 spells with a maximum of 600 complexity points.
Commentary: This is probably the best readily accessible spellbook in the game. It can hold 600 complexity points which is about double to the Focault spellbook. If you are a class with a lot of spells, I would recommend purchasing this little beauty.
A ring of spell turning
The ring is crafted of mithril, with two stylized snakes pressed close together. A faceted ruby is set into the top of the ring, which glitters oddly in the light.
Item 'a ring of spell turning' is type jewelry, alignment 0, made of mithril, has keywords 'ring quest spell turning', and can be equipped on the finger.
This item weighs 0 stones and 8 pebbles, and is valued at 11,000 gp.
This level 32 item has the attributes: no-auction insulated unbreakable nodecay no-dispel
Affects saving-petri by 10 for -1 minutes.
Affects saving-paralysis by 10 for -1 minutes.
Affects saving-spell by 10 for -1 minutes.
Affects saving-rod by 10 for -1 minutes.
Affects saving-breath by 10 for -1 minutes.
Commentary: A favorite among pk’ers. This ring gives you +10 on every save. This provides you with resistance boosts against many magical forces. Not really essential early unless you are an avid pker. Definitely a must for you archons and heros.
A bag of tricks
You see a small, nondescript leather bag that can be tied shut with a cloth cord. After examining it closer, you notice some strange symbols burned into the leather on the underside of the bag.
Item 'a bag of tricks' is type container, alignment 0, made of leather, has keywords 'bag tricks quest'.
This item weighs 0 stones and 75 pebbles, and is valued at 10,000 gp.
This level 30 item has the attributes: none insulated wont-fuse nodecay nochange will-float no-steal
Capacity: 25 items. Maximum weight: 5 st, 0 pb. Flags: closeable closed
This item has a special enchantment.
Commentary: This is a cool bag. It creates flash/smoke bombs and cure blindness potions, much to the similar interval that reagent bags do as well. It also creates a slew of crap (Diapers, onion rings, eight balls). It definitely is a bag of tricks. I would put this on my eventually to get list.
A black moonstone
It is a strange black rock that resembles what you have heard in stories are moonstones. Moonstones are reportedly the key to the magic of the moongates - it is said that by using these stones you can link into the current positions of the active moongates around the world, and travel anywhere you deem fit.
Item 'a black moonstone' is type warp-stone, alignment 0, made of stone, has keywords 'warp stone moonstone rock'.
This item weighs 0 stones and 5 pebbles, and is valued at 150 gp.
This level 10 item has the attributes: none none
Commentary: It doesn’t take you to the active worldgate, just a random worldgate. Doesn’t have much practical usage other than in extreme emergencies. The city warpstones are much more valuable to a lowbie. It is a very low qp cost, so it might be wise to just have one in hand for those sticky situations.
A bracelet set with white moonstone
This bracelet is made of very fine silver filigree, set with seven white moonstones that shimmer as you move it around. A delicate-looking clasp keeps the bracelet closed.
Item 'a bracelet set with white moonstones' is type jewelry, alignment 0, made of silver, has keywords 'moonstones bracelet quest', and can be equipped on the wrist.
This item weighs 0 stones and 12 pebbles, and is valued at 8,500 gp.
This level 40 item has the attributes: blessed no-sac no-auction insulated unbreakable vampire-bane nodecay magic-resistant nochange no-dispel
Can be used to cast the level 25 spell, 'levitation'.
Can be used to cast the level 25 spell, 'underwater breathing'.
Commentary: I have never seen anyone actually buy this quest item. It could be for show. There are many lowbie items that provide the same spells, I wouldn’t recommend this unless you purchased it for collection value.
Vandemaar's Apothecary Bottle
This is a small, cobalt-blue bottle closed with a sapphire bejeweled stopper. Due to some curious effect of the glass, you can't quite make out the bottle's contents, just dim shapes which seem to move and shift. Rumor has it this item was created by the renowned Sorcerer of old, Vandemaar, in his magical labratory.
Item 'Vandemaar's Apothecary Bottle' is type container, alignment 0, made of leather, has keywords 'vandemaar apothecary bottle quest'.
This item weighs 0 stones and 40 pebbles, and is valued at 7,500 gp.
This level 45 item has the attributes: nodrop insulated wont-fuse nouncurse unbreakable magic-resistant no-dispel
Capacity: 10 items. Maximum weight: 1 st, 0 pb. Flags: closeable closed
This item has a special enchantment.
Commentary: This item creates sprigs at random intervals. Doesn’t produce higher level sprigs like usicur or urtica. It does however produce sedum rosea, which legthens the time herbs will exist. I have talked to monks/rangers that say that just going to shops and restocking is your best bet, unless you are bent on getting sedum rosea.
A metal-bound folio
This is a folio designed for holding multiple pieces of parchment. Itsuses are endless - perhaps a journal for an adventurous character, or a collection of short stories by a budding author. The folio is bound in a shimmery silver metal and has a button lock on the front that allows for easy containment of any sequestered parchments. An ornate 'U' is engraved into the cover of the folio.
Item 'a metal-bound folio' is type container, alignment 0, made of steel, has keywords 'metal folio'.
This item weighs 0 stones and 40 pebbles, and is valued at 6,000 gp.
This level 30 item has the attributes: weight-reducer no-mimic insulated nodecay magic-resistant no-steal save-location
Capacity: 150 items. Maximum weight: 1 st, 0 pb. Flags: closeable closed
Commentary: This item holds 150 parchments. So all those love letters you get from your significant other, you can store in one package.
A yellow leather quiver
This quiver is crafted of fine leather dyed a brilliant yellow and has been augmented by a wizard to produce arrows fashioned of electrical energy that shock the target. A mesmerizing pattern of runes has been burned in two rings around the top and the bottom areas of the quiver, enchanting it to draw energy from its wielder to produce its magical arrows.
Item 'a yellow leather quiver' is type quiver, alignment 0, made of leather, has keywords 'yellow leather quiver lightning arrow', and can be equipped on the shoulder.
This item weighs 0 stones and 40 pebbles, and is valued at 9,000 gp.
This level 165 item has the attributes: none unbreakable nodecay
This quiver produces lightning-arrow ammunition, costing 4 sp per shot.
Commentary: I like to call these arrows “Dwarf Killers”. These arrows tear into dwarves for player kill, and any other lightning vulnerable mobs. High sp cost is well worth it. Couple this beauty with a poison quiver, and you have yourself a nice little tandem duo. Only rangers have archery.
