Unbeliever's Guide to Lord Vashir's Quest Items
You arrive at New Rigel, the center of commerce for sepharia. Thieves and rogues litter this town, but cityguards manage to keep the peace. Go check out the Illusionist in town square. He has some of the most amazing magic tricks around. Down Pine Road you arrive at the entrance to Lord Vashir’s palace. Entering the palace, you can tell this is a place of academia and scholars. It is very peaceful, and the room to the north is the throne room to Lord Vashir.
Well bred from a long line of rulers, Lord Vashir rules New Rigel with a fairness that is applauded by all. This town of industry and trade has flourished under his rule thanks to the effective trading agreements he has arranged with other towns across Alyria. His reach extends across the continent, and even to distant lands, when it comes to affecting the economies of Alyria. As a result of these roles, he often entertains and has also worked to turn New Rigel into a showplace with a wide variety of cultural activities to enjoy as well. New Rigel is a key training place for rogues and bards from across the globe, so many will be seen here seeking practice in their chosen path. Lord Vashir himself is an accomplished bard and values the skills he gained from his years of study. Though he deplores some of the uses bards and rogues make of their skills, he provide them a safe haven within New Rigel provided they cause no trouble.
The ruler of New Rigel, Lord Vashir, is a tall and stately elf. His clothing is well-tailored yet dignified, and he smiles warmly as you enter the room. While his leadership position is hereditary, the family has a long reputation of fairness toward their subjects. Under Lord Vashir's reign, New Rigel has grown into one of Sepharia's most important trading centers.

A tiger's eye gemstone

Vandemaar's Magic Mirror
The mirror is large, probably about three feet by four feet, with a thick wooden frame upon which are carved many fantastic creatures and images.

The other end of the post is resting lightly on the ground; however an occasional spark of octarine fire spiders across the wood, indicating that it is a magically-enchanted object and is probably tightly attached to the ground.

A cleverly-made lockpick
This is a cunning device made of nine pieces of steel, intertwined in a decorative, yet useful, way. Either end of the lockpick has various rasps and awls, along with a few strangely-angled jagged pieces that make it look like it could be used as a weapon as well as a lockpick.

Commentary: The next 4 silk items are called reagent bags. They provide room for 250 of a specific reagent. Black- earth, yellow- air, red- fire, blue- water are the colors and their corresponding reagents. These items aren’t necessary, but for you power questers, these all come in handy to save space in bags and trunks for other items. These get my recommendation.
