How do I connect to Materia Magica with the Rapscallion client?

1. Open the program.
2. Under the menu option File, click on "New".
3. Type in materiamagica.com in the address box and 4000 in the port box then click "OK".
4. Click on the "Connect" button in the main window and you will be connected to the game.

Once you have started it is recommended that you click on Save As under the File menu and type in Materia Magica as the name to save your configuration. A new Rapscallion icon, "Materia Magica" will then appear on your desktop for ease of access and connection.

Known issues with Rapscallion on Materia Magica
There is a delay which seems like "lag" with the prompt not showing up for about 1 second when moving from room to room. This is meant to be fixed in the next revision.

How do I connect to Materia Magica using the Savitar client?

1. Open the program.
2. In the Savitar World Picker window, click on the button "Add".
3. Type in Materia Magica in the World Name box, materiamagica.com in the Host Name box and 4000 in the Host Port box, then click "OK".
4. Make sure MateriaMagica is highlighted in the Favorite Worlds window, then click "Connect".
