 Hi, I have sent a few emails to the admin over the last week. I keep getting that auto response back giving me a link to
that little thread thing. I have checked that multiple times for each email and have received no response back. Am I
supposed to get an email when something happens? Is the page I go to with the link not the right one? I know it gives me
a code thing to enter but when I click the link I dont seem to have to enter anything, which makes me think I am doing
something wrong. I just wanted to know if I'm doin something wrong here lol

They ignored/deleted all my emails asking why i was message board banned, maybe theyre doing the same thing? |

In many many years of playing this, compared to other games this is one that I can say is VERY good at responding to
emails. If I ever had a curiosity on a response, I followed up and found out that either the email wasn't received or
was bounced somewhere accidentally.
I'd say try again or try an in-game form of contact.

 Usually it means we're working on it and it's taking awhile to get back to you - longer than expected. In both your
cases you were emailing complaining about specific punishments you received, and in your case Cenedra I don't know if
you actually emailed admin or just mailed me personally, which isn't how such things should be handled. That doesn't
mean that we agree with your thoughts on the punishment, however. Also both of you tend to require a lot more attention
from admin than the average player, which is another reason we may not always jump to respond immediately.

I emailed to ask why i was banned, im not sure why that would take so long. The reason it says on my log in is "ignorant
trolling", which is silly because not only do i not troll (i always post on topic, and never to intentionally piss
someone off), its not specific. I only asked because i wanted to defend myself but im not even sure what i did. |

Speaking of emailing you personally, while not the proper way, that kind of feels safer since one of the people who sees
the complaints happens to abuse their power & who the complaints can be about.
Plus, one wouldn't want the problem person to be the one responding to their complaints. |

No, they don't. And making unsubstantiated statements like that on the game message board and spreading your own
heavily-biased opinions about such things is one of the reasons both of you keep getting restricted. You need to drop
your vendettas against certain administration members, especially since if I am correct I don't believe either of you
have been active players for quite some time and are working almost entirely off bias at this point.
